Managing Your Subscription

This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your Dispatch subscription.

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Billing"
  3. View your current plan and usage

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade:

  1. Go to Billing → Plans
  2. Select your desired plan
  3. Click "Upgrade"
  4. Confirm payment

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade:

  1. Go to Billing → Plans
  2. Select a lower tier plan
  3. Click "Downgrade"

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain full access until then.

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click "Add New" or "Update"
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Save changes

Viewing Invoices

Access all your invoices:

  1. Go to Billing → Invoices
  2. Click any invoice to view or download

Canceling Your Subscription

We're sorry to see you go. To cancel:

  1. Go to Billing → Plans
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Complete the cancellation survey
  4. Confirm cancellation

What happens when you cancel:

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Your RSS feed remains active
  • Episodes stay available to listeners
  • You can reactivate anytime
